When we desire something new, or feel the calling to step in to a new space, or create a change in our lives, we are often advised to let go of the old, to release that which no longer serves us.
In my experience, it has been necessary to do the letting go before the new arrives, and this creates an in-between space; a place where I am no longer what I was, and I am not yet what I will become.

David and Amanda are both experienced Somatic Educators who love sharing a somatic approach to living, with students and teachers around the world.
As well as having a background of various somatic practices (Nia, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation), they have both studied and trained in Somatics since 2012, and this has become a major focus of their work ever since.
