About us
David and Amanda are both experienced Somatic Educators who love sharing a somatic approach to living, with students and teachers around the world. 

As well as having a background of various somatic practices (Nia, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation), they have both studied and trained in Somatics since 2012, and this has become a major focus of our work ever since.
