In the third session, we invite you to explore breathing seperately into each lung. Through focused exercises, you'll highlight one lung at a time, tracing the internal path of the breath. Using the power of intentional breathwork you'll stimulate changes in lung activity, developing a more harmonious balance between the two lungs. Session 4: Embracing the Relationship Between Lungs and Ribs
In our final session, we explore the symbiotic relationship between your lungs and ribs. Through a series of dynamic postures and positions, you'll create different shapes with your body, allowing your lungs to expand and contract in unique ways. You'll deepen your understanding of how movement and posture influence your breath, empowering you to optimize lung function for greater vitality and well-being.
