Free Your Whole Body is a comprehensive, 6-Module online course that teaches you the very core elements of Hanna Somatics through a series of movement sequences, originally taught by Thomas Hanna himself.

David and Amanda are Somatic Educators dedicated to sharing a somatic approach to movement throughout the world.
As well as having a background of various somatic practices (Nia, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, meditation), they have both studied and trained in Somatics from the lineage of Thomas Hanna, which has been a major focus of their work for the past 10 years.
They live a nomadic lifestyle, sharing their wisdom as they travel.
