David and Amanda are both experienced Somatic Educators who love sharing a somatic approach to living, with students and teachers around the world. 

As well as having a background of various somatic practices (Nia, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation), we have both studied and trained in Somatics since 2012, and this has become a major focus of our work ever since. 

We have delivered numerous Somatic focused workshops as well as Somatic Movement Teacher trainings, around the UK, and in India, as well as online, reaching people world-wide.
